What is the Shecurve Underwear Subscription?

It’s a flexible subscription that delivers your favorite Shecurve underwear to your door on a regular schedule — so you’ll never run out of fresh, comfortable pairs again.

You can choose how often you'd like to receive your underwear — every 14, 30, 50, or 70 days — whatever fits your lifestyle best.

3. Can I choose the styles and colors?

Yes! You can select your preferred styles, colors, and sizes when you start your subscription. You can also update your preferences anytime before the next renewal.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal Express, Stripe, Authorize.net, and Adyen. Please note that Afterpay is not available for subscription orders at this time.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. Your chosen payment method will be billed automatically on each renewal date.

Will I get a reminder before renewal?

Yes, you’ll receive an email reminder a few days before each renewal, so you can make any changes if needed.

Managing Your Subscription

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Yes! After your first renewal, you’re free to cancel anytime. Just log into your account and head to the Subscription section to cancel.

How do I edit my subscription if I want to update colors and styles?

You may edit your subscription at any time by logging into your account, going to the subscription section, and modifying your subscription details.

How do I update my payment or shipping details?

You can log into your Shecurve account and update payment or address info anytime under “My Subscription.”

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Updates may take some time to reflect in the system as the package moves through local carriers, but you can always check your shipment status in your account.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address anytime before your next shipment in your account’s subscription settings.

Can I return or exchange my underwear?

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once opened or worn. If you received the wrong or missing item, please contact customer support and we’ll resolve it promptly.
