This product really works especially if you want to lose belly and back fat. I have been wearing this thing daily while doing chores around the house and my belly is smaller each day. I also have the full body one I wear at night when Iâm sleeping. I can see the rolls on my back getting increasingly smaller. I suggest buying more than one so you can rotate and wash. This is definitely for the girls who donât have time for the gym but do plenty of busy work.
